Better than expected based on some of the reviews

The universal mounting bracket didn't work with our UTV (a 2020 Polaris Ranger 1000 single overhead cam) but when I called Massimo they immediately shipped out a custom bracket that worked perfectly. As for the complaints about the instructions/installation manual--this must have been resolved because our manual was extremely straight forward and if someone can't follow the current manual, they shouldn't be operating a 5' wide auger. We had about 4-5 inches of heavy, wet snow yesterday and this blower threw the heavy snow 20-30 feet. The only change I would like to see is a quick connect between the control box and the wiring harness with longer wires so that it could be routed through the firewall. With a windshield and full cab, there isn't an easy way to accomplish this as is. This summer I will be changing the wiring and putting in a quick connect plug and then it will be pretty much perfect. I would absolutely recommend this unit.

Used twice and can barely handle 4". Got into heavy snow at the end of the drive after the plow came through and the wheel weld gave out causing the connecting frame to rip. Oh, that was after the chute stopped working so I couldn't control the direction of the snow. Of course customer service is nonexistent. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING THIS PIECE OF TRASH!

Questionable purchase.

The snowblower is far under powered. Moving as slow as the machine will go and still having to stop and let it catch up with only 6 inches of snow. Hooking up is time consuming and difficult. Shear pins break too often . Instructions for the entire unit are very vague no troubleshooting sections and unreliable help with the internet.

The instructions are not for the faint of heart but if you can see the concept it is not that hard to get thru, most of the setup is common sense. I am impressed with the quality of the unit it even has replaceable wear bars since this is August I don't know how it will work for snow however I am not disappointed
