Q&As

1 - 1 of 1 Question

Q: How do you clean this seasoned iron skillet

1 Answer
  • A: Hi Neighbor! To clean a seasoned cast iron skillet, use hot water and a stiff brush to remove food, and for stuck-on bits, use a paste of coarse salt and water. Avoid soaking the pan, and always dry it thoroughly with a towel or on the stove before applying a thin layer of oil and heating it briefly to maintain the seasoning.
