Finally a crispy bottom crust

Ever since getting my new convection oven I have been unable to get a crispy bottom crust on my pies. This cast iron pie pan is wonderful and I am so glad I got it.

I’ve been looking for a cast iron pie pan forever it seems! My husband ordered this one as a Christmas present so I have not used it yet! I know…we still play ‘Santa’! Trusting that it will be perfect! Arrived well-packaged.

I have been wanting one of these pie pans since I saw it rated one of the best products of 2023 by Southern Living. Tractor Supply has by far the lowest price and with my Neighbor Rewards I got it home for the cost of shipping and taxes so about $8. You can't beat that.
