    Decent Hoop, but Some Frustrations

    The hoop itself looks good once set up and feels sturdy during play. However, assembly was extremely difficult—the instructions weren’t very clear, and it took much longer than expected to put everything together. Also, the base is leaking slowly, which is frustrating considering it’s supposed to be weather-resistant. It works, but I expected a smoother experience for the price. Would recommend only if you’re handy and patient.

    Our hoop was knocked over in a recent, bad wind storm. It was only a couple of years old, so I wrote about getting new parts. Kyle KINDLY helped us order TWO new replacement parts AND DID NOT CHARGE us, which was greatly appreciated at this time. THANKS SO MUCH FOR GREAT SERVICE!
