Took longer than it should have due to poor instructions. Final steps include drilling into metal?!?! Why not pre drill the holes??

Nice goal and great assembly instructions

I really liked the instructions and the packaging of the parts by step of the assembly process. Clearly a lot of thought went into making it as easy as possible for the consumer to follow and get it right. Great job!

Overall good quality for the price, but some complaints

The QR code in the instruction booklet took us to a video for a different model. It took a few hours to assemble but we had to use a combination of the booklet, the correct video, and the BILT app. Would've been helpful if the actual parts were labeled.
The back of the backboard has several scratches on it taking away from the appearance. It would be great if that side also had a protective film to prevent damage.
The blue handle was very difficult to put on. We had to use hair spray in order to slide it all the way into position.
