I was given a portable basketball system. Called in to order a couple of parts, expecting to pay for them. The lady I spoke with stated it was under warranty and ordered the parts for me at NO CHARGE!! That is customer service and has made me a lifetime & lifelong customer of lifetime products! Thank you!

I bought this basketball hoop for my son for Christmas and I put the pole in backwoods and couldn’t get them apart so I called lifetime customer service. I was on the phone for only a p min and they are shipping new poles to me for no cost. I would definitely buy more products through lifetime

Purchased the 20090 basketball hoop for my 6 year old son for Christmas. My husband made an error and took out the top pole that telescopes instead of leaving it inside and just pulling up on it. We were unable to get the bottom 3 poles apart. Called customer service and they instructed on how to get them apart. It unfortunately didn’t work. I was ready to just buy a new one, and the same one because of the quality of every part of it, but I instead called to see if I could just get replacement poles. I expected to pay for them and they didn’t even mention anything about purchasing them! I’m still in shock!!! They are sending us the 2 poles that need to be separated. I can’t wait to get it together for my son to start using. I know that he will have it for many many years because it is so sturdy and heavy duty.
