Poor quality control & worse customer service

Disappointed in Libertys customer service. Purchased this 60 gun We The People safe in Dec'25 and the door is terribly loose (3/16") even after adjusting the sliders to their max position. Also, one of the shelves is yellowish, nowhere near light gray like the other shelves & felt in the rest of the safe. Filled out a contact us form on their website & sent an e-mail all w/in the last month & never heard back. Buyer beware...

Honestly if I could give less stars, I would! I bought this safe for my husband for Christmas and the day after it was delivered it broke. The delivery is only curbside, which I double checked with the store before purchasing that it would be set up in my house, it was not! The manager was supposed to return my call, and never did. Liberty sent out a locksmith that had to drill 2 holes in it to get it open. I will NEVER recommend or buy another safe from either.
