    Do not buy, they don't seal at all

    They don't seal. Water bath processed tomato sauce 30 minutes , 2/3 of jars didn't seal at all. Have to go out and get Ball lids and reprocess.

    Do not buy these, waste of money & hard work

    Ball was on special last winter and they were out of stock. Associate offered to sell me 24 jars and lids for the ball special price. I've only attempted to use 10 of the 24 so far, and 4 had failed seals. Did some waterbath and some pressure canner. 40% failure rate is unacceptable. I'll be buying some ball lids now and throw this waste of energy and sanity away. Fortunately, we really like green beans and pickles so we're not completely wasting all of that garden and prep work.
