NOT full strength (31%) acid

Give me a break. No indication of strength on the label. I should have looked first. MSDS says "between 10-30%". Seriously? Like, they don't know. It acts like 10% as it takes more than twice as much to get the same results as 31% acid. Just go to the hardware store and buy the real stuff for the exact same price.

    We only recommend using Klean Strip Green Muriatic Acid to brighten concrete, brick, masonry, stone, grout and hard surfaces, and etch concrete and masonry so that sealers or finishes will adhere. More than one application may be needed for tough spots. Without knowing more details about your project and how it was applied, it is hard to say why you did not get the expected results. Even though this is a "green" product, it is still a very strong acid that works great for masonry. You can always call our Klean Strip helpline at 1-800-398-3892 when you have concerns or feedback about our products.
