Good, but paint was pretty chipped up.

Works fine did what I wanted, only reason for 3 stars was that the paint was pretty chipped up. Kind of looked like someone bought it, went and hauled the one thing they needed it for and then returned it. But it works great and was a life saver for what I needed it for. PS: I'm not returning it now that that is out of the way.
