nice tire bad delivery

The tire worked fine The delivery process however, was not... i got an email saying the tire was delivered took the 20 minuet drive to the store. found out it had not been delivered. It came in later the same day and the driver said he showed it delivered before it actually was. Made a second 20 minute drive.
