Difficult to shift between L, H, R.

Massimo has horrible customer service. Our 5 month old ATV stopped working (stuck in limp mode) took 5 or 6 calls to get someone to help. They sent us a list of dealers to bring it to for repair and assured us it was under warranty. Of the list they sent only one phone number was working. We brought the ATV to them over an hour away and the dealer/repair shop warned us that massimo is a nightmare and never gets back to them and never honors their warranty. The repair shop has had our ATV for 3 months and have now just told us that massimo is refusing to pay for repairs. We had to pay $150 just to drop off the ATV because the dealer said they know massimo will deny the warranty claim and they were right. The dealer says they changed a spark plug and cleaned an oxygen sensor charging us another 300$. Massimo says we used bad gas which we DID NOT. we followed every protocol from the break in period to the day it died months later. Please save your money and DO NOT purchase this. 6K was a ton of money to our little farm. We are picking up the ATV Fri and I fully expect it to stop running within days again.

Took way too long to arrive although it was paid for: 1 to 1½ wk, hard to put into L, H, or R. No qt. of oil accompanied and Ft. Payne refused to give me one for this expensive machine. Thus, terrible customer care and service.

I have only had it for about two weeks but so far it’s been great. The amount of power is amazing got up to 38 mph coming out of a sharp curve into a short straightaway less than an a eighth of a mile and not even close to opening it up, so far it’s way more than I expected.
