KBS Paint Saver is an inert gas paint preserver that keeps leftover paints, coatings, and clear coats from skinning over in the original can. A 2 to 4 second spray lays a blanket of dry argon over the paint before you put the lid back on, which keeps out the oxygen and moisture that start the cure. It is made for moisture cured coatings like KBS BlackTop, DiamondFinish Clear, Motor Coater, and RustSeal that keep curing once air reaches them, and it also helps oil based enamels. One note: the can feels empty because argon is a gas, and that is normal.After you are done painting, wipe the rim of the can clean. Hold Paint Saver over the opening and spray for 2 to 4 seconds to fill the space above the paint with argon, then put the lid on tight right away. For the longest life, store the sealed can in a cool, dry place.
