I sent them back!

I returned these boots for a refund. Although they fit, the collar was difficult to tighten, the shank was stiff, and the outer sole was rigid--poor traction (slippery) on tile and wooden flooring (even when dry)--made walking stairways difficult.

No, I do not recommend this product.
