Nice fit, worthless quality
Bought these October 18, 2021 to replace my previous boots (Mucks). Have worn them to walk and wade with my dogs on a trail next to a river near my house. They fit well and are even more comfortable than the Mucks were. Was excited about wearing them in the mud and shallow water. On Dec 12th I felt water in my right boot while wading in about 6" of water and found that the seam between the neoprene upper and rubber bottom had failed (see photos). Although these cost half as much as my Mucks did, they lasted less than 8 weeks. My Mucks lasted over 5 years and never leaked despite numerous snags on limbs, nails, and assorted debris (they were finally done in by a deflected blow from a machete which cut through the neoprene). I suspected the Itascas wouldn't be as durable if exposed to such abuse, so I avoided wearing them off-trail or in unfamiliar waters. Didn't make any difference. The seam just isn't up to regular use for any situation. The Mucks are made for serious long distance trekking in the wild and are worth the price. These are not. You can wear them to comfortably walk to the mailbox in the rain or wade puddles in the neighborhood but I wouldn't suggest anything more than that. I'll be replacing these with some new Mucks.

Initially the boot was great i use it to launch my boat in the spring and haul it in the Fall., i have worn these boots 4 times and they are separating at the seam where the rubber meets the Neoprene.
