Q: Where can I obtain a new nozzle for this gun? The instructions in your product say to replace the nozzle but it is unavailable in stores and your online customer service cannot find the nozzle either. I asked at 3 stores... no luck.

Q: Would this gun work with the Black Diamond Medium Blasting Abrasives, part FTS245? I need a setup to remove heavy rust from a trailer and I understand that media needs a 5/16 nozzle. Thank you!

Works great till you need a new nozzle

Cannot get replacement nozzles for these. Works great but the nozzle burns through quite quickly and your choice is a new gun or pitch the idea of this one.

Bad choice overall.

Not very effective. The hose is very thick, but also pretty short - making it hard to maneuver around whatever you're sandblasting. Siphon feed was sporadic, and due to the short stiff hose, you constantly have to reposition it back into the sand. I also purchased JobSmart replacement tips, only to find out they don't work with this gun. I don't see any replacement tips for this gun.

Where at the tips!

I have been trying to get replacement tips for this for over a year. Love the blaster, but they don’t make replacement tips. Called, emailed, begged, pleaded… nothing. PLEASE SELL THE TIPS!!!
