Good performer

I just bought a bunch of these on sale and later saw reviews claiming they have short life. So I did a test of my own last night. I used two identical flashlights that use a single AA cell. I put a new Duracell in one and a new Jobsmart in the other and turned them both on bright. They both began dimming about the same time after about 3 1/2 hours and both were still shining dimly after 8 hours. The Jobsmart a bit dimmer that the Duracell light.
So the Duracell was measurably better but for the money the Jobsmart is a much better value. In real use I don't expect most people would know the difference.
