- A: The charging port on the JD 650 Lumen Rechargeable Flashlight is typically found under a twisting or sliding collar near the head (top) of the flashlight To access the charging port: Locate the adjustable band/collar near the top of the flashlight, just below the lens assembly. Twist this adjustable band or collar (usually about a quarter turn) to expose the hidden USB port. Some models may require you to pull a cover back. Insert the provided USB cable into this port to charge the flashlight. The charging indicator light, often red while charging and green when fully charged, should let you know the status. Remember to seal the port cover after charging to protect it from moisture and dirt.Locate the adjustable band/collar near the top of the flashlight, just below the lens assembly. The small gray flashlight you turn it on as an indicator light green and it has two different modes right the first one and dim then it turns off and the button lights up LED green and it has a flood you can zoom it out to a beam or flood light and it's self charging with a charger cord type c it's a good brand of flashlight for using an emergency car toolbox or going on hikes or in a motorcycle you can give these as gifts for Christmas birthdays even Father's Day thank you
