- A: Hello, thank you for your question. If it is your first use, make sure that you have removed the plastic tab that is covering the battery contact. Here are the operating instructions from the user manual: Operating Instructions BEFORE USE: Remove tail cap and remove plastic tab on battery. BATTERY REPLACEMENT: Install battery by first removing tail cap. Place one 18650 (3.7 volts) rechargeable battery with positive (+) end toward head of flashlight as shown. Make sure the spring is in the tail cap. Replace tail cap by screwing in securely. BATTERY RECHARGING: Use USB-C charging cord. Unscrew tail cap and plug USB-C cord into charging port. Indicator light will turn green when fully charged. PUSH BUTTON SWITCH: Press button switch in tail cap to cycle through lighting modes: High, Low, Strobe.a year agoHelpful?

Horrible Product - shame on Tractor Supply

This is a horrible product. I purchased this last fall. Now the light comes on for less than a second before going out. I unscrewed the body to see the battery. The battery is dated 2023.11 which tells me the product was doomed when Tractor Supply sold it. Ironically, at the same time I purchased a number of "Jobsmart 650 Lumen" lights for the operations team. They are all still functioning well for $5.99 vs. this $40.99 pile of trash.
No, I do not recommend this product.
