On off switch no good

When the light was working out was great but for some reason it won't turn off or on now. I fully charged it and no luck. Just not sure if the quality is there. I have other lights that take batteries and thought this would be great since I wouldn't have to keep buying batteries. Maybe if TSC exchanges it for a new one I'll have better luck.
