- Two-Stage Effective Filtration The whole house water filter has 1st-Stage premium 5-micron polypropylene sediment filter (FP15B) captures dirt, sand, silt, dust, rust, and scale particles, using high quality coconut shell carbon and highly compact fabrication tech, 2nd-stage CTO filter(FC15B) knocks out cloudiness as well as bad tastes and odors, removes over 90% of chlorine, and is highly effective on VOCs like pesticides, herbicides, and industrial solvents.

I have purchased 2 of the ispring WGB21B systems over the past 2 years and i'm very pleased I did. I continue to purchase ispring filters because they are the original ones for the system. I purchased this iSpring WGB21B 2-Stage Whole House Water Filtration System over 5 years ago and it has performed flawlessly providing great tasting tap water for my house. Two weeks ago I noticed puddling water under the unit in my garage. Upon inspection I noticed a small pin hole leak in the bottom of one of the canisters. I contacted the company service department to get a replacement canister and they connected me with Sean. He asked for some pictures and address information which I provided to him. Because my unit was an older unit Sean said the canister threads would not match so he would send me a new machine head and unit. Wow! I was not expecting that response. This company stands behind the quality of their products 100%. I highly recommend dealing with this company! Thanks ISprings and thank you Sean.

Purchased a month ago and this works fantastic! I had a unique installation (boat slip / water hook-up) and this would have been an easier install vs a rather easy install if I didn’t have to hunt for my unique set from a hose bib to a hose. Of course now I understand the thread differences and coupling size differences while solving for proper connections while eliminating the leaks from the one off install. Until iSpring Sean came along (5 stars for this guy!) I was struggling. He brought me the finish line and I was able to return the unused pieces for my system. Very happy with the system and so glad I connected with Sean.
