It's not perfect

I finally got it put on today. It's very well made, to the point of overkill actually. It seems it's much bigger than it needs to be. The instructions tell you to remove the hood, the muffler, and the heat shield. I didn't remove any of those, I just bolted it on. Once on it is big on there and could be a hindrance when getting close to things while mowing. The hood will not completely open with the bumper attached and it hits the bumper when opened. I'll probably put a rag between the hood and bumper when the hood is open to prevent damage to the hood in the grill area. So overall, it will probably offer good protection, it will probably be a little clumsy to have on there when maneuvering in tight places, and it does limit the opening of the hood. So essentially, it's not perfect.

Great Bumper

Fits perfectly and looks great. Have to get accustomed to the extra length in the front but helps protect the front of the mower.

Bolt and nuts.

Bumper is great. The hardware, nuts and bolts fit into the frame but the bolts are too long. I am afraid to tighten the nut until it contacts the frame. This may cause the nut to strip. There is about a 1/2 inch gap. I can install washers but I will have to purchase them. Bolt sure freely screw ín and out. Hope I can get the right hardware.
