Teach them how to measure

Took my idler pulley in ts in Jonesborough tn with me. Said I want 2 same size. He ordered 2. Got 1 couple days later. My pulley 3 3/4 wide, 1 1/8 thick. New pulley arrived. 4 ins wide, 1 1/2 thick where belt runs. Now HOW did he order wrong size. Either man cant read measurements or they grabbed a pulley off shelf and thru it in box and shipped whatever. I ordered 2. Got a receipt for 2. They shipped 1. THE WRONG ONE !!!!! What makes me so upset ..I took old pulley n store with me so he couldn't make a mistake. Waste of my time and days waiting and I still cant MOW my yard.

Good Fit

I put this replacement pulley on my mower deck. It was a good fit. Pulley is well built. The inside hub of the pulley is long on one side to make the pulley stand off of the bracket that it will be mounted to.
