Terrific Little Fan

We previously bought a Newsome Low Profile and loved it so much, we purchased another one! Don’t spend the money on the other brands of fans from the major appliance stores. You know the ones. They rattle. Breakdown after a few years. Spend a little extra and get a top notch fan that is aesthetically pleasing, is smooth running, and will last for years. You won’t regret it.

Solid and beautiful fan!

I love the fan. It moves a lot of air, is stable, and is silent. However, there are some holes at the top of the motor housing and some ceiling debris fell in during installation. There does not appear to be an easy way to get it out. I've tried holding the fan motor upside down and shaking it, but it's hard to do with the wiring attached. I got most of it out, but not all. I can hear the leftover debris bouncing around when the fan is spinning. I hope future iterations put some mesh over the holes to prevent this from happening.
