This was to replace a hunter fan whose bearing died. Parts not available. New fan is much lighter than old one but seems to run smoothly. Installation was relatively easy but old bracket has changed so I could not just swap out the fan. So far so good

I really like the simplicity of this fan. I didn’t want a fan with a built in light but I did want a smart fan so I installed a Lutron Fan Control switch to give me the ability to control it remotely or with voice commands.

Motor hums on both fans installed. Very annoying. Haven't installed the other two because of this.
