Trying to get our pH down to 4.5 from 7.0 to grow Blueberries. 1st time through and its down to 6.2. Its going to take a few applications, but nothing worth while is instant!!

Don’t use Tractor Supply online ordering.

I see that when ordering online and having someone else pick up the product gives this store the opportunity to move damaged goods. The bag given to the deliver was ripped open missing a lot of its contents, was taped up and had a sticker on it that said damaged reduce price for this items only, yet it was given to me at full price.

4/25/2026 - Order # 2442877267 - Ordered three 50 lb bags of Tiger Agricultural Sulfur 4/30/2026 – Received ready for pickup notice 4/30/2026 – Picked up two of the three bags. Clerk indicated third bag won’t be in until next day. Each bag was assigned a tracking number by FEDEX. 519950277410 – Delivered to TSC Tallahassee 4/29/2026 at 2:12 pm 519950277394 - Delivered to TSC Tallahassee 4/29/2026 at 2:12 pm 51995027749 – Unable to deliver - damaged package. 1:08 pm – handling per shipper instructions 5/11/2026 – Went to TSC store to inquire about remaining bag. Store clerk indicated they couldn’t help since order status showed as “picked up”. Showed clerk the tracking information indicating the bag was never received. Her suggestion was to contact Customer Support 5/11/2026 Called Customer Support. Held on phone for over 50 minutes with no agent pick up. 5/12/2026 – Called Customer support again. Held for over 45 min with no agent ever connecting 5/12/2026 – Submitted email ticket to Customer Support. To date, no response. 5/14/2026 -= Submitted a second ticket to Customer Support. Again, no response to date. I demand immediate refund of my money for the third bad of sulfur. Despite TSC knowing the bag wasn’t delivered, no contact with customer. Despite store contact, and two submission of support tickets I have received no response. At this point my opinion of TSC is that TSC is no better than common scammers who take your money and then disappear.
