I switched all my cats over to this after one of my cats had a UTI and they have all been amazing since switching. I sign up for the autoship, so I never have to make a run for cat food!

New Formula not as palatable

My cats loved the previous formula. The most recent bag we got is the new formula and 2 of my 3 cats do not like the new formula at all. I have to mix it with another food with a bigger ratio of the other food and even then they often leave pieces of this kibble in their bowls. One of my cats that doesn't like it is insanely picky and took forever to find a food she would consistently eat. Guess I'm on the search again.

this use to be my cats favorite. Now he won't touch the stuff. the chicken and rice formulation is just bad. Thought my cat was sick, nope just really hates the new inferior blend.

What is happening with this formula change?! Why is the kibble shape different? I have an automatic feeder and this definitely changed portion sizes not to mention feels way less fibrous for my cats. Just really annoyed with you Hills. Do better. Also whoever is moderating these, please share them with brand team.
