IT is either a poor product or poor shipping. 2 of the 4 we ordered broke on the 1st use. One handle snapped right at the head - and the other is so bent it is hard top use. I have emailed with no response yet.

Bought two about 4 weeks ago. Serve 7 horses. Both have broken. First one in the fork where it meets the shaft, and the second in the shaft where it meets the fork. Don’t waste your money. They are crap.
