Looks like mulch to me

If I knew that this was just like mulch, I could have saved money and bought a much bigger bag of regular mulch for less. I decided to use it today and will see if the "feed" benefits do make a difference. I am hopeful since I read a review that states their plants are thriving and doing well. I gave it a middle of the road rating since I am still a little shocked at the garden soil being like mulch. Time will tell!
