Plastic Everywhere! Why?!

Wrapped in lots of plastic in shipping process, makes assembly frustrating and very messy, as they plastic is taped on very tight with no room to cut with knife, i can only imagine the pain this causes for employees to be absurd for such a cheap product

Sturdy and light weight

Great for landscaping and spreading bulk material. This has a very large head with tines on one side and smooth on the other so you can push bulk material and then spread it evenly. The tines are broad and not sharp so they don't dig in either. It's very light weight for as large as it is, but has stabilizers on the head so is very sturdy.

Improper training of employees

Went to the Sterling Heights store. Bought the rake on Thursday. Used it for the first time Friday. With in 5 minutes the fell apart. Root cause: improper assembly of handle to rake. Lock nuts missing. The gooved/slotted end of handle must clamp onto rake not bolt on top rake head.
