Poor online delivery fullment

I ordered the pinch bar on 14 June and it has been sitting in at a location in Massachusetts since 18 June. It has been 17 days since I ordered the pinch bar and and 13 days sitting at some remote location. If this is the kind of customer service Tractor Supply is going to provide for online orders, it's not worth the time.
