- A: To convert the GW-8 cart handle for towing, locate the retaining pin where the handle grip attaches to the steel handle tube and remove it. Slide the grip section downward along the handle tube to expose the tow loop/hitch connection at the lower end of the handle. Then attach the tow loop to your lawn tractor or ATV hitch pin and secure it with the hitch pin or clip before towing.5 days agoHelpful?

Perfect cart for the grandkids

Honestly, haven’t used it as a dump cart yet. I bought it to ride down the hill on our property with the grandkids (we have a long hill). Tried it out this weekend and it worked perfectly! Put a blanket in it as a cushion, then get in facing the handle with your legs draped over the sides. The kids get in behind you. The cart fits two smallish grandchildren just fine. A small nudge can get you going and then it’s nothing but gravity, wind, screams and barking (the dog was chasing us). You can use the handle to steer. Mostly. I couldn’t be happier with this cart. Disclaimer: I’m sure neither the manufacturer nor Tractor Supply would approve or warrant this particular use. Nevertheless, I endorse it wholeheartedly. But that’s just how Mema rolls.

Wheels fall off

I did not have this cart for very long before the wheels started falling off. I cant find any thing in the owners manual for replacement parts. Been given the run around for many months, left messages and phone calls etc,was told every time someone would contact me but haven not been called yet. I never came close to the 1400 lbs cap.

Frame rusts quickly

I will start with the good. I love this big old wagon, which has hauled everthing from rocks, dirt, water, bags of soild a piece of furniture stratigically placed and held on to and so much more. HOWEVER I have bought two of these in the last 7 years, and the frames end up rusting into, leaving me with a great bed, good tires and wheels, but nothing else. It has never been in salt water. However I do live on South Texas, humid air, ocean breeze, though I do live inland, not on the water. But I would like to think I could get more than 3-3.5 years out of one of these. I wish they made a replacement frame. If it were not for that I would give it 5 stars. They need to build a sturdier, weather proofed frame to at least extend its life.

It's working as expected. Pulls nicely, turns well, and dumps easily. I got it because i had knee surgery and can't push a wheel barrow yet, so it's been a great help
