These are an excellent item. They are straight-grained, have very little warp or wind (are straight), are sanded on all sides and are nicely pointed. They are better quality material than some I've seen, as interior house trim, for example. With a coat of sealer, they'd last forever. They may be too short for some applications, but are ideal for my use . You can't do better for the price (or perhaps twice the price!)
