The Gordon's Permethrin 10 Livestock and Premise Spray is a concentrated permethrin insecticide formulation that kills insects quickly. Use this permethrin insect repellent outdoors or in non-food areas of dairies, barns, swine houses and kennels. The 8 oz. size is perfect for treating a variety of areas, keeping animals comfortable. This spray can be used with poultry, dairy and beef cattle, swine, horses, goats and sheep for convenience.

I tried using this for premises to get rid of any flies. I followed the directions perfectly and it doesn't work. Never even reduced the number of flies. It definitely didn't repel them. Glad u bought the small bottle to try so I didn't waste much money on it. Very disappointing as I had heard this would be safer to use in and around barns.

Had lots of wood boring bees AKA carpenter bees. I mixed 1½ oz ( 3Tbsp) per gallon (128oz) of water. Sprayed all the wood they are eating and boring into. They were gone in 1-2 days, reapply in 60-90 days and in fall to break cycle and say good bye forever.

FINALLY, something that worked

I fought with chicken lice and mites using DM and a variety of other natural products and while they were good, I just could not get the lice under control. This product took care of a small flock of chicky girls (15) in less than 15 minutes. The next day, the bugs were dead. I treated the entire 2 coops at the same time and the in another week. I plan on treating all the birds and coops down one more time.

This did help reduce the number of flies for a bit. I understood as a premise indoor spray, it would last 2 weeks. No way. Every 3 days I spray the horse stall and chicken coop.
Also, it does not kill flies when mixed as instructed.

I use this for tick/chigger repellent while hunting and just out and about. Dilute 1 oz into 19 oz distilled water to for a .5% solution and spray on boots and clothes and let dry. Haven't had any creepy crawly blood suckers on me since. Also like to spray on a bandanna and tie around my hat for flies and gnats. It seems to mix better with distilled water vs tap water. By diluting to 0.5%, you get a lot of spray!
