Why didn't I buy these sooner?I've been wearing dinners for years. Usually the arcadia or ft lewis and RAT boots they make. I've hiked hundreds of miles if some of the worst terrain in those and that style is great for mixed terrain but now working on my farm in deep mud to steep slippery slopes these boots provide a traction that's unparallel. I have the low heel logger from georgia and I don't even wear them anymore. Which is kinda sucks because these loggers look so good I want to wear them all the time. But they're such a great farm boot they are a muddy mess.
Break in took about 4 days of all day wear. Not bad. I'm 6'3" and the heel height is worth it. First day and they took the edge of sheet metal sliding down my foot with only a small scrape. With quality like this I won't be buying any other boot

Good Boots... ButThese boots are very comfortable. And they’re no doubt waterproof! The only thing is that after 4 months, 6 days a week, the soles are starting to separate at the toes. For me, I’m a mechanic and I’m up and down all the time. So from my experience from these boots, if you have a job that puts you down on your knees and toes I wouldn’t recommend these boots.

Great for Foresters! My Georgia logger boots have cruised miles and miles in the woods, painted boundary lines, brush-sawed, backpack sprayed herbicides and burned many acres and have NEVER let me down! One eyelet snapped, one toe is starting to wear, and just today, the outside stitch started to give away...not bad for two+ years of nearly DAILY wear!!!!
