The AdTec packer boots fit right out of the box with no break-in. I wear 12-Wide and have a very high instep, making it very difficult to find boots that fit, especially for boots with a Western heal. The AdTec boots were a perfect fit. I like the two-tone black/chestnut which makes them a little more eye-catching than a single color. They look great for work and they clean-up nicely for a casual night out.

decent boot

Overall they are decent enough, this is my third pair I'll be wearing out. Local cobbler keeps them heeled for me till the sole finally breaks down. For a 100 bucks I'll use them as long as their available. They also have a decent spur ridge on the heel that holds a spur really well. The down side on this pair is the multitude of pneumatic finishing nails they used to hold the rubber to the heel leather. But the cobbler can fix that right quick. Only reason I give them a 4 star rating
