The material seems hard compared to the amp , not comfortable after a few hours of wearing, i thought i was getting the amp type with an arch. not happy with these orange ones and want to return for exchange.

While it's only today that I just bought these locally, I've been shopping and comparing inserts for decades. After just wearing them for a few hours it appears that these are the best I've found so far---and I am definitely glad to hear that they are holding up for other folks in the long term after reading reviews here. The packaging is an open style so you can reach in and pinch the foam and test them. They're impressive. Whoever engineered these did an outstanding job I am thinking as-- the (polyurethene) springs just right. I also bought a pair of the yellow version that has a 3/16 topmost layer of memory foam. They were like 5 bucks more. The salesman in charge in the work boot outlet said I could try any of them on (I did; the orange ones. The boxes open right up), so there was no gambling for me. But if you're going to gamble, I'd either go with the memory foam ones---or do what I did if you can afford it; buy both. But the memory foam ones do look better, though I have yet to try them.

The best inserts. I really like the new version of these inserts. Have them in all my shoes.
