So impressed door open/close is very quiet.

Very quiet compared to 'chain track' door openers. Install is different where motor mounts on end of garage door spring-tension rod. You only get one keyfob remote in box. Just remember order 2nd keyfob $33. Online order took just 3 days to arrive at TSC Bartonville store.
1) Installation was 15 min to read & mount Genie on door bracket.Just slip over end of spring tension rod across top of door, tighten bolts.
2) Run door safety wires to led sensors,
3) install outlet next to top of door, or run power cord to nearby outlet.
4) Install automatic electronic locking selnoid on door track next to Genie motor and connect wire.
5) Didnt want battery model as door release works fine by hand. We unplug opener when on vacation for extra security.
Now buying two more to install.
