    I bought the three pack of ratchets based on reviews in this section. Many reviewers call out the flex-head ratchets and how well they work and show a three-pack of flex-head ratchets in their review. I should have looked more closely at the picture shown at the top of the review and product section rather than reviewers' photos since this set only has ONE flex-head ratchet. I didn't need two more ratchets that don't flex. The product description should clearly specify what is in the package. It doesn't. Even the back of the package shows the flex head and one would assume that all three are flex heads, with two being 3/8" drive and one at 1/4" drive. They are not. This was my first Gearwrench experience. It's definitely a let-down.

    No, I do not recommend this product.
