I've had this ratchet awhile now, and I love it! The flex head isn't too tight where it's hard to move, and not to lose where it flops every where. Beautiful chrome finish, buttery smooth operation, the selecter switch is easy and very positive. I truly wish these tools were easier to find. I would buy a lot more if I could find them in store more easily. The full life time warranty is also a very nice touch. You honestly need to try one of these pear head ratchets out to understand how good they are. I have ratchets from just about every manufacturer, and this plus a few other DeWalt ratchets I have are my favorites.
