This isn't the thickest wire mesh that I have ever purchased but it should work for multiple projects from a soil sifting trommel screen to garden bed base to keep the gopher out of my raised beds. I will make quail cages, a chicken coop, and mesh for my compost bins.

Used several rolls of this hardware cloth for covering chicken coop runs making them predator proof. It seems to be well made but gave it 4 stars because two rolls had manufacturing blemishes like missing parts of one wire. The first roll was perfect. It is very sharp once cut so wear gloves and arm rotection.

Thin gauge… not super sturdy…

This stuff tears very easy! It seems like a very thin gauge wire and I’m really nervous about how it’s gonna hold up to predators trying to get into my chicken run! Just putting it up and it ripped in quite a few places, leading to bigger holes that had to be patched before my run was even complete!
