While this will probably be good for making a preexisting fence critter proof, this does not work for constructing an all-wire rabbit cage, or making the stacker style rabbit cages. While trying to use this in conjunction with a 24" roll by Origin Point, I wanted to make a 4-tier stacker 24" deep x 36" wide. The problem is that the welds are not on center, if you count over 24 of the 1" squares it will not be 24", it is off so much that the corners cannot be clipped together with J-Clips. Laying a 24" roll side by side with this 36" roll, both are 1"x 2" mesh, count 70 squares down and they do not align with each other. I would have expected that since they were both by Origin Point, then they would match up, but they don't. This made it impossible to make my walls 24" deep. And for inquiring minds, this wire is not Galvanized After Weld, and a few of the welds had been broken and it looks like they were factory spot welded in some places to fix breaks, though the majority of the wire is very usable and the goods welds seem strong for what they are. This would be ideal for constructing wooden hutches where measurements can give or take a 1/2", also super for lining the bottom of the chicken enclosure to keep chicks in, much sturdier than chicken wire.
