The Vittles Vault Outback bucket collection is ideal for storing both pet food and people food. This Gamma2 Vittles Vault Outback 20 Pet Food Bucket features a sturdy construction and a heavy-duty steel handle for easy transport. Storing foods in their original bags leads to stale food that loses its "crunch." The Vittles Vault's threaded, double gasket lid provides leak-proof and airtight protection to keep food fresh and safe from pests. The pet food storage container is made from impact-resistant plastic that won't shatter or break even in extreme outdoor weather.

The manufacturer does not guarantee their product against mice, rats, raccoons, possums, squirrels, bears, etc. However, they do make it difficult for these pest to chew through the rounded angle corners. It's tough for them to get their mouths around these corners. We suggest that if you have a problem, place a piece of wood (13" X 13") over the top, or store the Vittles Vault upside down. Customers have also had success covering their container with a milk crate or putting a couple of drops of peppermint essential oil on the container to act as a natural repellent.a month agoHelpful?

The manufacturer does not guarantee their product against mice, rats, raccoons, possums, squirrels, bears, etc. However, they do make it difficult for these pest to chew through the rounded angle corners. It's tough for them to get their mouths around these corners. We suggest that if you have a problem, place a piece of wood (13" X 13") over the top, or store the Vittles Vault upside down. Great Product!

Purchased it to keep the coons out of our catfood...it worked...they moved the full container and rolled it down the steps and still couldn't get it opened...haven't had any more issues with the coons or possums...We had 3 different containers before this one and they tore everyone of them up getting to the food. Great product!
