Rated 3 out of 5 by from NOT Chew Resistant, Doesn't Stack, just ok I had these for probably 4 years, I originally purchased for dog and cat food but ended up using as wild bird food and corn feed. First when you fill them and not even full and try to stack them, they aren't stable, they don't stack. The doors are flimsy plastic, they get stuck and aren't air tight. If your storing pet food inside, totally fine but be aware they don't really stack. Outside was as terrible idea and how they ended up in the trash. They aren't air tight#1 and everything chewed thru these, squirrels, chipmunks, mice. Although the exterior is decent thickness plastic, it was like budder to these little critters. For the price they aren't bad but I wouldn't buy them again esp with the door issues.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 1 now , maybe 3 more So far it's working good for me . I'm planning on getting 2 more , so I will have a total of 3 . I've got 2 male labs , a black , he's 9 years old and his son , he's yellow , and he's 2 years old . They need a good supply of dog food and dog biscuits . I might even get 3 more , 1 for dog biscuits and 3 for dog food .

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too small This item does not fit 40lbs of dog food. We can’t even get 35lbs in it and stand it upright without the food pouring out. I do like the idea of it so I will be returning the 2 I got for the next size up.

I cannot get mine to "stack' They bin on top is wobbly and will not settle into the little holes What am I doing wrong? Very frustrating to have stackable bins that don't really stack.

Asked by: MileySmokey
Good afternoon, If you have the Stack N Stor bins, we highly recommend only stacking these items up to two bins high. Any more than that will cause the bottom bin to collapse and bend. This can also cause problems with the door staying closed. If you would only stack them two high, you should not have any problems with wobbling when you stack them. Just remember, the bin is not the only thing that you are stacking and the ingredients inside the bin may be very heavy on the molded plastic.

Is this waterproof? I want to store bird seed.

Asked by: Tgistle
Hello. I have asked for the information about these food bins. Since the lid does not have a gasket to seal it when the door is closed, it is not waterproof or weather proof at all. We highly recommend that you keep these containers in a shed, building, garage or even on an enclosed back porch. And please do not stack them over two bins high. More bins that two will make the bottom one weaker under the pressure and it will collapse and become hard to close. If you want to store it and keep the bird seed dry, keep it out of the weather please.

Is this container rat proof?

Asked by: LokiMarina
Good morning, These containers are made to hold pet food and other dry ingredients. If you keep a lid on the top of it, and it is snapped shut into place, unless an animal chews through it, (which would take a lot of chewing) it should be alright. These containers are made of molded plastic and if it is not kept in an enclosed dry area, it is possible and more likely, that an outside animal to chew on it
