Love this stuff

Hi my name is Gunner and I am a Missouri Foxtrotter gelding who has been bothered by flies most of the summer. My owner tries to help by spraying me with fly spray which will help for like 5 minutes and then the flies attack again! Then she bought this new stuff called Freedom 45. She applied it onto my back and behind each leg and WOW no more flies. I love my owner for buying Freedom 45 for me!

Works, but horses don't like it

I purchased this product to help combat the horrible flies we have on our farm plus the ticks with the hope that I'd save some money on purchasing fly sprays. While the product works, it's clear that it burns or does something that aggitates the horses as all of my horses have strong negative reactions to the product when it's applied, they will kick at it, try to rub it off and also try to run away when it's applied, and these horses are all accustomed to fly control and have never reacted in such a way with any other products including when I switched brands of the spot on fly control since trying Freedom 45. The other thing I dislike is that if you get any on the outside of the applicator it makes the ink on the applicator run and your fingers become blue for the day. I will definately not be buying this again, it may work, but it's not worth aggitating the horses, the flies don't bother them nearly as much as applying this product does

This has made all the difference for my horse!

No other fly product was working. My horse had visible welts from bug bites every day and was itching on the fencing, trees, and anything else available. I finely decided to try this, and it has made such a difference. About 24 hours after the first application, her welts were gone, with no new ones. She's itching so much less. It doesn't keep away every single bug, but it's made her SO much more comfortable. It's definitely worth it if you have a sensitive horse and/or one that hates the daily application of fly spray/ointments.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

product good but not buying from tractor supply in

Disappointed in Tractor Supply's change of stance after conservative pressure. I will buy my next supply of Freedom 45 elsewhere.
