Perfect Replacement

I didn't winterize my sprayer correctly and had the bowl freeze and crack. This was the exact part that fit into my system. I was very happy to have it shipped locally and that the part reasonably price.

The Fimco help desk provided me a SKU number, over the phone, for the exact part I needed for my spray rig and sent me to the TS Store. The cashier checked the SKU, the part was not in stock, she helped me order it and pay on line using a terminal in the store, all the time patient and pleasant, and 2 days later I received it with no shipping charge.
