    Great in store customer service

    The Fimco help desk provided me a SKU number, over the phone, for the exact part I needed for my spray rig and sent me to the TS Store. The cashier checked the SKU, the part was not in stock, she helped me order it and pay on line using a terminal in the store, all the time patient and pleasant, and 2 days later I received it with no shipping charge.
