We do not have recommendations for a platform as we do not produce or sell them. The blind can be used off the ground. For the price and compared to other much more expensive models, you just can’t beat it. I recommend 2 people for assembly and not on a windy day. The windows work nicely and the blind offers good concealment. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.

One of the windows hinges was rivited on backwards.
