The Farnam Quietex II Horse Focusing and Calming Paste helps keep horses focused and composed in stressful situations. Calming supplements for horses won't cause drowsiness or affect performance. Quietex II contains a unique combination of seven active ingredients in easy-to-give pellets. Equine calming supplements are excellent for heavy training, performance activities, competition, racing and trailering. These supplements work in just two hours and won't cause drowsiness or impede performance.

- Directions for use: Administer contents of syringe directly into horse's mouth and when possible to the back of tongue
- For performance horses: 1 full syringe 2 hours before training or competition or as regulations allow
- For transporting horses: 1 full syringe 2 hours before loading and 1 full syringe every 8 hours if transporting is prolonged
- Unique combination of ingredients in these calming supplements for horses is proven to help horses stay focused and alert during training and competition
- Ideal for traveling, competition, heavy training, veterinarian, farrier or dental visits
- Works in just two hours and won't cause drowsiness or impede performance

Active Ingredients (Per ounce/scoop):
L-Tryptophan: 2,500 mg, Thiamine: 1,000 mg, Inositol: 1,000 mg, Riboflavin: 500 mg, Magnesium: 400 mg, Vitamin B 6: 400 mg, Valerian root extract: 36 mg
Inactive Ingredients:
Alfalfa Meal, Distillers Dried Grains, Mineral Oil, Wheat Middlings.

Administer the contents of the syringe directly into the horse's mouth and when possible to the back of the tongue. For Performance Horses: 1 full syringe 2 hours before training or competition or as regulations allow. For Transporting Horses: 1 full syringe 2 hours before loading and 1 full syringe every 8 hours if transporting is prolonged.

Quintex II Focusing and Calming Paste - This is 1 handy item to keep on hand when you have a few horses
My horse didn't mind the taste of the paste & was quickly calmed down to get into the trailer to go to the vet .The effectiveness surprised me.
I am very happy with the results of this & I do recommend it's fast working & I didn't get kicked or bit for a change.

Helpful to calm a horse

Our boy Spark, has a nervous system like no other. He gets timid from time to time around new people, and this has helped calm him. It supports his anxiety, he doesn’t get drowsy from using it. It helps us tend to him easier. Easy rube with push applicator. Packaging very sturdy and safe. Easy to store and clean messes!

Works really well! It calms them and helps them focus instead of sedating them and being out of reality. I found it most effective to give before a stressful event.
