It shocked my Animals so I called the company and they were very nice but told me I need to buy a grounding system or ground it myself. And for the price I paid for them I feel like I Should be able to plug it in and just have it work. Or it should come as a complete set. The instructions were very vague too.

Arrived damaged

Tractor supply shipped me 3 tubs, stacked together with a label on the bottom one. No box! Nothing keeping the cords from dragging. Handles were broken on 2 of them. I kept them because I needed them now & knew it would be aggravating to reorder.
