Great toy if all the parts would have been there

reference number TSC0366497, I’m missing quite a few part with this tractor I ordered December 10 for my almost 3 year old son for Christmas.He's not going to be able to enjoy the full functionality of the toy. I listed the parts below that are missing circled in blue. Hope you can help and merry Christmas.
